Topaz Mountain july 15th

So my brother Shawn and brother in law Alex decided to head out for some desert herping.
it was quite the trip my main goal was to find a Desert horned lizard. after spending the morning finding side blotched lizards, whiptails, and leopard lizards we headed around to the east side of the mountain, there we found a large female tarantula hiding in her burrow, then after much avail we started to find horned lizards left and right ending the day with ten found.

I was also able to find western fence lizards, one female collared lizard, and a DOR long nosed snake (it was a bummer that it was dead) . The day was great for herping.  More pictures to come this weekend if i get the time to put them on.
